All shipping labels are auto generated based on the address you entered when ordering. We guarantee that the order will arrive to the address provided if it is legitimate.
If the order doesn’t arrive within two weeks of the estimated arrival date, it will be reshipped at no additional cost to you.
There is no minimum or maximum order amount.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an auto reply stating that your order has been received. You will then receive an email containing payment instructions within 24 hours. You’ll then have 72 hours to respond to the email containing payment instructions with the required payment information. If you are unable to pay for the order within 72 hours, contact us immediately. We will ban anyone from doing business with us who doesn’t pay within the given time frame. You’ll receive an email from us stating that we have received your payment information. If there are no issues with payment, you’ll receive an email stating that the order has been shipped.

VIP customers get access to exclusive discounts and payment options. They also get access to prelaunch and limited edition products before the general public.
